This demonstration-style experience is designed to help guests understand balance, texture, and flavor, while learning simple techniques that can be used again and again at home.
Chef Steve will demonstrate how to make:
Italian dressing
Green Goddess dressing
Marinara / classic red sauce
Guests will learn:
How to properly balance acidity, fat, and seasoning
How to build flavor from simple ingredients
When to emulsify and when to keep sauces loose
Storage tips and shelf life
How to adapt recipes based on what you have on hand
Live cooking demonstrations
Wine pairings and non-alcoholic options
Snacks and tasting portions throughout
Generous tastings of featured sauces and pairings
Take-home recipe card and preparation guide
